The Guitar Makers Guild has an Award of Honorary Membership of The Guild which is an Award to Luthiers for their outstanding work in this Art.

It is not Awarded lightly and only to those who have been nominated.

A list of those been awarded the Honour will be shown below and we encourage anyone requiring a Luthiers help with a Guitar or maybe a New Guitar built for you to get in touch with them.

Please remember they are busy people and whilst will always be willing to help they are busy people so please allow time for any answer and keep your request on topic.

As we reward Honorary Membership to Luthiers we will feature details about them in the following pages and give some examples of their work together with contact information if they give permission.

An Honorary Membership of the Guild is indeed a great honour and we encourage anyone who is presently working as a Luthier or has retired but was a Luthier in the past to apply for consideration. Not every application will be successful as our standards are high but anyone refused can re-submit another application after 12 months.
